152 Armoured Assault Company

Finally got all the Russ's together for a group shot, so here's 152 Armoured Assault Company mustered for war. The company is finished for the time being but I am planning on adding the final three variants from the codex at some point as well as a company command tank. For more pics, check the links below ...

I do like the way that you do the group shots in front of the ruins. It makes your paint scheme make perfect sense.

The group does look good; nice to see a larger formation.

One tank without sponsons ? Points reasons, perhaps ?

Nothing like a picture shot down the cannon to make them look more menacing. They look great!

While each tank on its own looks nice, this group shot looks great.

Not enough can be said for a consistent theme that is well-done across an army. Great job.

Lovely, lovely tanks. I'm jealous, but still aiming for my whole army groupshot!

Very nice! Loved the WIP shots and now seeing them all completed and together is great!

It must be nice to take a step back and say "Heck yeah! Tanks!" Almost makes me want to go guard. :)

Excellent work as always Col. I really like the fact that you have added all the canvas rolls, bedding, and supplies to give them the look of an unit that has been in the field for awhile.

Can I ask what you use as the tie downs for the extra track sections

Beautiful hot and awesome looking tanks (as always) mate! I especially like the battle damage that some of them have sustained (explosive rounds carved in to them, especially the front of number 4) and the used look of them (the muddied "152" logo on number 5).

@Zzzzz - The one without sponsons was a kick back to when you could only take three and I wanted to mix it up a bit - lol. Group shot coming soon matey.

@the other Kevin - Cheers matey.

@Wienas - Thanks mate, glad someone likes my shades of grey - lol

@Admiral Drax - Cheers matey, just need to get the tent for the field ambulance done mate and I'll get them all together for a group shot.

@Cawshis Clay - Thanks mate, it's always nice to finish a project but it's still in my mind that there's another four more tanks to add at some point.

@Magilla Gurilla - Cheers mate, I always think that vehicles should have as much kit on them as possible, it just seems right.

@Rogue Pom - Paperclips mate.

@Jabberjabber - Thanks mate. That damned number 5! that tank's going to haunt me, I think it's jinxed because of that cockup.

@Suneokun - I thought is was quite unique until I started painting it and now I see it everywhere - lol

@CanolliCrusader - Thanks mate.

@Raghnall - Almost, a few more tanks and it'll be there matey ;-)

Lovely armour with especially nice weathering. I'm envious: I can never get properly dingy insignia like yours. Top notch, man!

I love these tanks, and they look amazing in the picture, and even more so in the flesh as the photo's don't really do them justice.

I'm not so keen on seeing these lined up across the board though. Can I expect this line up at the club this week?
