If you haven't already heard it, the guys at Bad Dice podcast have done an interview with Gav Thorpe. I must admit that I don't really listen to Bad Dice because it's fantasy orientated but this episode is well worth listening to as Gav Thorpe gives a real sight into games developed and how it works with the commercial side of GW.
