Harker got broke!

That's right, my Harker model got broke, the cloak has come well and truly off!

So, how did this happen? Was it an accident? Was it done maliciously? Am I heart broken considering the hours I put into sculpting the cloak? Can it be fixed?

Ouch, that bites. Still, some more greenstuff to fill up the cracks and some superglue outta set it right. Not sure how to prevent it from happening again, though, as it doesn't look like pinning will be terribly useful here.

I bet it actually physically hurt you when you saw it. Something similar has happened to me and it is a major dissapointment. Try to glue it back together with some thick gel super glue, this should do the trick.

As the guys have said, super glue can get it back together. You might want to see if there's another contact point you can find too. Usually the butt, or an ammo pouch or something like that makes for a good, additional point of contact. You can do it! : )

Cheers
Dave

It was no doubt a vile act of the Chaos gods! However I have no doubt that the Corbanian 1st shall overcome this tragic event!

Corbs use the most versatile repair medium on the planet... gaffer tape.
:P

seriously thou I'm with Dave T on this one, a bit of glue and a little smooth with some milliput to re-blend the join and done.

Augh, I hate it when that happens. I'm not going to say what's already been said (CYA glue on the contact points ftw), but you're lucky it happened before painting commenced.

@All - That's for your helpful advice guys, but in all honesty, it wasn't an accident. I broke his cloak on purpose!

Hal'jin got it right, I've been practising cloaks and I'm pretty please with how they've turned out. So Harker's getting new threads :-)

Thanks for your concern though, it's touching :-)

@Mercer - No worries, I'll drop you a line mate.
